Wanderers has new exco, appoint Chamangwana as head coach

Chamangwana now head coach at Wanderers

Be Forward Wanderers FC last Saturday ushered in a new executive committee that will serve for the next two years.
The bulk of the previous leadership, including chairperson George Chamangwana and general secretary Mike Butao were re-elected.
Chamangwana and Butao were re-elected unopposed so too second vice-chairperson Allan Chuma.
The position of vice-chairman went to Gift Mkandawire who beat the club’s former general secretary Chipiliro Mpinganjira.
Davies Msadala, who was elevated to the position of tresurer in the previous committee following the resignation of Christopher Madalitso Kuyera, was elected to the position at the recent polls.
Chris Kananji was also re-elected vice-general secretary.
The committee has two women executive members in Suzgo Ngwira and Flora Nkusa-Nkhoma.
Butao said their re-election was a vote of confidence by the supporters.
Super League of Malawi (Sulom) vice-president Daud Suleman described the polls as free and fair.
