The Secretariat is the permanent administrative body of FAM. The Secretariat shall carry out all administrative work of FAM under the direction of the General Secretary. Members of the Secretariat shall be bound by the internal organizational regulations of FAM and shall fulfill the given tasks in good faith. FAM Secretariat is based at the Mpira Village in Chiwembe, Blantyre. It is headed by Abdulrahman Chiwalo as General Secretary
