POSTPONEMENT OF FAM ORGANISED COMPETITIONS AND MATCHES DURING THE  PERIOND 12th -18th SEPTEMBER 2025

The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) would like to inform its stakeholders that it has postponed all FAM organized national competitions and matches during the period 12^th -18^th September 2025.

The affected competitions include:

1. National Bank Women’s Premiership
2. NBS Bank National Division.

The decision has been necessitated by the preparations for the 2025 Tripartite General Elections scheduled for 16^th September 2025 which will affect a number of stakeholders including players, officials and security personnel for the games.

FAM is urging its Member Associations to consider suspending the games during the period under the same circumstances.

The said competitions will resume on  19^th September 2025.

FAM regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
