Mzuzu Stadium has been certified fit to host elite football matches following a successful re-inspection by the First Instance Body (FIB) through the FAM Licensing Department.
The certification follows the completion of corrective measures that were recommended during the initial stadium inspection.
Having met the minimum requirements under the FAM Club Licensing Regulations and Stadium Infrastructure Regulations, Mzuzu Stadium has now been approved to host matches in all FAM elite competitions.
The approval provides clubs with another venue option for elite matches as FAM continues to ensure that football facilities meet the required standards for safety, organisation and competition delivery.
