Flames captain Limbikani Mzava has completed his move from Mpumalanga Black Aces to Golden Arrows in the South African Premier Soccer League.
Mzava confirmed signing a two-year deal with Bafana Besithende.
“I can confirm that I am now a Golden Arrows player,” said Mzava who was also linked with a possible move to South African giants Orlando Pirates.
“Pirates showed serious interest but I had to make a decision that I felt was good for my career,” he said.
Mzava was one of Aces’ star players who helped the team secure a top four finish in the Absa Premiership this past season.
Meanwhile, another Dlames South Africa-based forward Robin Ngalande has said he will not play for Bidvest Wits this coming season.
“I am still contracted to Wits but I have asked to be released. I should be able to know my next club very soon,” he said.
