Kwimbira handed Olympic first match

Malawian Assistant Referees Bernadettar Kwimbira is part of the officiating team handling the Women’s Football Olympic Tournament Tokyo 2020 first match between Great Britain and Chile.

The match is currently underway at the Saporo Dome with Great Britain leading 1-0 after 21 Minutes.

Kwimbira is the First Assistant Referee with Salima Mukunsanga from Rwanda as Centre Referee while Mary Njoroge from Kenya is the Second Assistant Referee. The Fourth Official is Ndidi Madu from Nigeria
