Kinnah’s Free State out of relegation zone

Former Flames coach Kinnah Phiri can now breathe a sigh of relief as his South African Abssa Premiership side Free State Stars, is now out of the relegation zone.
Stars’ revival show continued on Wednesday night when they edged Bidvest Wits 1-0 to move to 12th position with 31 points from 27 games, they have just three games before they wrap us the season.
“If we can win at least one game then we should be in the comfort zone, but I cannot say we are safe now,” said the Malawian coach from South Africa.
Esau Kanyenda’s Polokwane City were held to a 2-all draw by Mpumalanga Black Aces. The veteran Flames forward was taken off stage in the 59th minute for Thobani Mcwango.
Polokwane are ninth with 34 points from 28 games.
