Haiya meets CAF GS in Egypt

Football Association of Malawi (FAM) President Fleetwood Haiya is in Egypt, at the invitation of Confederation of African Football (CAF) leadership, at their headquarters in 6th of October City.
During his meeting with CAF General Secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba this morning, key discussions focused on CAF’s support for Malawi football, FAM’s strategic plan, and CAF’s broader vision for the sport on the continent.
Speaking on the visit, President Haiya said, “This visit aligns perfectly with our vision for Malawi’s football transformation agenda.”
The President also had the opportunity to meet with CAF Head of Zonal Affairs, Genani Korra further strengthening partnerships for the growth of football in Malawi.
