Flames will play Botswana in an International friendly on Sunday July 6 as part of Malawi’s 61st independence celebrations.
The match will be played at Bingu National Stadium.
Flames Head Coach Kalisto Pasuwa has named a 25-man squad for the match.
Pasuwa has retained 17 players from the squad that participated in last month’s Hollywoodbets COSAFA Cup, including FCB Nyasa Bullets Reserves midfielder Oscar Petro, who made his debut in the tournament against Angola.
The team is expected to regroup in Lilongwe on Thursday 3rd July to begin preparations.
