
The Flames have left this afternoon for Tanzania for an international friendly match against Taifa Stars on Sunday.
The local based squad of 11 players and seven official left through Chileka via Kenya and will arrive in Dar-es-Salaam at 20:00 hours in the evening.The seven foreign based players will fly direct from their bases to Dar-es-Salaam
The team will then fly to Mwanza City where the match will be played on 29th March 2015 at CCM Kirumba Stadium and the match will kick off at 15:00 hours Malawi time.(16:00 hours Tanzania time). The Malawi delegation will return on Monday 30th March 2015.
Coach Young Chimodzi is using the match as preparations for the Cosafa Cup quarterfinal match against Mozambique on 24th May in South Africa.
The two teams met last May in Dar-es-Salaam and the host won 1-0.
