FAM THANKS FIRST CAPITAL BANK FOR SUCCESSFUL 30 YEARS TROPHY MATCH

The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) extends its sincere appreciation to First Capital Bank and all football fans who patronized the FCB 30 Years Trophy match between Silver Strikers and FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, held on 29th June 2025 at Bingu National Stadium.

The match, which saw Silver Strikers emerge victorious with a 2–0 win, was organized to commemorate First Capital Bank’s 30 years of dedicated service in Malawi. The event drew an impressive crowd and beautifully showcased the unity and passion that football inspires across the nation.

We are pleased to report that the match generated a net revenue of MWK 26,376,971. In line with FAM’s commitment to football development as aligned with First Capital bank, this entire amount will be donated to Luwinga Inclusive Academy to support grassroots football programs.
