FAM mourns Nyamilandu’s father

The Football Association is deeply saddened by the death of Ronald Soka Manda, the father to FAM President Walter Nyamilandu Manda.

Mr.  Manda died on Saturday, 23 January 2021 and will be laid to rest on the same day from 5 pm at Misesa Cemetery in Limbe.

The FAM President, who is currently in Cameroun for the ongoing African Nations Championship in his capacity as CAF Executive Committee member, is expected to cut short his tour of duty and return home on Sunday.

FAM General Secretary Alfred Gunda has, on behalf of FAM and the entire football fraternity, sent his condolences to the President and his family.

“Our sincere condolences to the FAM President Mr. Walter Manda and his family on this huge loss. May God grant you and the family the healing, comfort and grace in this period of grieving. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time,” said Gunda.
