FAM Exco on Saturday

The Football Association of Malawi Executive Committee will hold its fourth quarterly meeting of 2021 on Saturday October 30.

The meeting , which will be held virtually, will among other things discuss the recruitment of Technical Director and Women’s National Football Team Coach.

“As you are aware FAM advertised for the posts of Technical Director and Scorchers Coach a few months ago and interviews were conducted. Now decisions have to be made on the way forward.

“The meeting will also discuss the Flames AFCON 2022 campaign roadmap in terms of technical readiness, technical support, material and equipment support as well as the resource mobilization.

“It will also discuss the new football calendar, an update on the Mpira TV as well as the financial report,” said FAM Competitions and Communications Director Gomezgani Zakazaka.
