The Football Association of Malawi will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, 30 December 2025, to consider and approve the proposed budget for the 2026 financial year.
The EGM will be held virtually, with budget approval as the sole agenda item.
The proposed financial plan follows a consultative budget meeting which the FAM Executive Committee held with heads of member Associations in November and now awaits ratification by the General Assembly.
In line with FAM President Fleetwood Haiya’s commitment to greater inclusion of players and key stakeholders within the association’s governance structures, FAM has for the first time ever invited the Football Legends Association and Football Players Association to its General Assembly.
