FAM Approves Chitipa Stadium to Host Elite League Matches

The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has approved Chitipa Stadium to host Elite League matches.

Following a meeting held on 2nd July 2025, the First Instance Body (FIB) awarded a license to Chitipa Stadium, allowing it to host top-flight football fixtures.

Meanwhile, Mzuzu Stadium has not been granted a license and remains on stand-by pending further inspection to meet the required standards.
