DECISION OF THE FAM COMPETITIONS COMMITTEE INVOLVING CRECK  SPORTING CLUB ON CHARGES FOR MISCONDUCT FOLLOWING EVENTS THAT OCCURRED NANKHAKA STADIUM ON 26th APRIL 2025

The FAM Competitions Committee met to deliberate on the above matter and below is a summary of their decisions.

Creck Sporting Club were found guilty on one count of misconduct as follows:

Creck Sporting Club failed to take all the necessary precautions to prevent their players Miracle Gabeya, Geroge Chaomba and Hadji Wali from assaulting FCB Nyasa Big Bullets players Babatunde Adepoju, Henry Chiwaya and Maxwell Phodo respectively in off-the ball incidents contrary to articles 23.3 and 23.4 of the 2025 Airtel Top 8 Rules and Regulations and read together with article 14.1 (l) of the FIFA Disciplinary Code Kindly accept our most distinguished regards. Creck Sporting are hereby fined One million kwacha (K1 million).

 Mr Geroge Chawomba was found guilty on one count of misconduct as follows:

In the in the 49th minute of the said match, Mr George Chaomba assaulted FCB Nyasa Big Bullets player, Henry Chiwaya by elbowing him in an off-ball incident contrary to Articles 23.3 and 23.4 of the Airtel Top 8 Rules and Regulations and read together with article 14.1 (l) of the FIFA Disciplinary Code. Mr Chaomba is sanctioned with a two (2) matches ban across all competitions and a straight red card to run concurrently effective immediately.

Mr Hadji Walli was found guilty on one count of misconduct as follows:

In the 90th minute of the said match, Creck Sporting FC player Hadji Wali assaulted FCB Nyasa Big Bullets player, Maxwell Phodo who was lying on the ground, by stepping on his hand and leg in an off-ball incident contrary to Articles 23.3 and 23.4 of the Airtel Top 8 Rules and Regulations and read together with article 14.1 (l) of the FIFA Disciplinary Code. Mr Walli is sanctioned with a four (4) matches ban across all competitions and a straight red card to run concurrently effective immediately.

Mr Miracle Gabeya was found guilty on one count of misconduct as follows:

In the 23rd minute of the said match, Creck Sporting FC player Miracle Gabeya assaulted FCB Nyasa Big Bullets player, Babatunde Adepoju by stepping on his hand in an off- the ball contrary to Articles 23.3 and 23.4 of the Airtel Top 8 Rules and Regulations and read together with article 14.1 (l) of the FIFA Disciplinary Code. Mr Gabeya is sanctioned with a three (3) matches ban across all competitions and a straight red card to run concurrently effective immediately.
