Cosafa Cup shifted

Flames won the 2015 Plate Cup

The COSAFA Castle Cup which was supposed to be played from 15th to 29th May 2016 in Namibia has been shifted to 11th to 25th June 2016.
The competition will still be played in Namibia.
COSAFA has advised that due to late end to the South Africa PSL 2015 – 2016 season which sees the 16 PSL Clubs as well as the National First Division clubs engaged in matches up to and including 29th May 2016, the dates have been changed in order to allow any and all of the Member Associations who have players with the South African clubs the opportunity to have their players released and therefore to field their best teams for the COSAFA Castle Cup.
The Flames are set to take part in the competition  having managed to win its Plate last year.
