Chiukepo catches up with Bokosi

Chiukepo Msowoya getting his man of the match award

As the TNM Super League heads towards the end, Big Bullets talisman Chiukepo Msowoya has caught up with Red Lions’ forward Innocent Bokosi in the race for the Golden Boot award.
They are both tied at 13 goals after Chiukepo struck a double when Bullets beat Fisd Wizards 2-0 at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre on Wednesday.
Breathing down the duo’s necks is Silver Strikers forward Green Harawa who has 12 goals.
With 11 goals, Civo United’s Nelson Kangunje also stands a chance.
Chiukepo struck the first in the 76th minute before scoring the second in the dying minutes through a penalty.
The penalty was awarded after Wizards defender Dennis Chembezi fouled Chiukepo in the goal area.
The Golden Boot award goes with a K100 000 prize
