Four teams will be in action this weekend as the Castel Cup enters a decisive phase, with the remaining semifinal places set to be decided.
On Saturday, Mighty Tigers will face FCB Nyasa Big Bullets at Kamuzu Stadium. The Kau Kau Boys reached this stage after edging Civil Service United 3 to 2 on post match penalties in the round of 16.
Big Bullets, meanwhile, advanced with a commanding 3 to 0 victory over Songwe United, setting up a high stakes encounter against the Blantyre rivals.
On Sunday, Mzuzu City Hammers will host holders Mighty Wanderers at Rumphi Stadium. The Hammers progressed after coming from behind to defeat Silver Strikers 2 to 1 in the previous round.
Standing in their path are defending champions Mighty Wanderers, who booked their place at this stage courtesy of a 2 to 0 away win over Moyale Barracks.
The other semifinal pairing has already been confirmed and will see Goshen City Dedza Dynamos take on Blue Eagles following their respective victories in the quarterfinals.
