All set for FAM Exco 2022 first meet

The Football Association of Malawi Executive Committee will hold its first quarterly meeting of 2022 on Saturday April 9, 2022, at the Sunbird Nkopola Lodge in Mangochi.

The meeting will among other things deliberate on the technical development plan by the technical director Mario Marinica.

“This is a very important meeting as it sets the tone for the Associations’ activities in the year, it has delayed due to the AFCON and other important local and international engagements.

“The Meeting will discuss several strategic issues among them the updated international Football calendar, the Mpira TV project, the draft budget for 2022-2023, submission of FIFA forward projects and FAM Commercial activities.

“It will also review report from the Flames Resource mobilization task force, technical setup of national team coaches as well as review proposals and recommendations from various sub-committees,” said FAM Competitions and Communications Director Gomezgani Zakazaka.
