Vice captain Chiukepo Msowoya leads the team in stretches after training

The Flames have today started training with local based players in preparation for next week’s 2017 Afcon Qualifier against Swaziland.
All the 19 local based players have reported for camp at the Mpira Village in Blantyre ahead of the match on Sunday 4th September at the Kamuzu Stadium.
Under caretaker coach Nsanzuwrimo Ramadhan the Flames are looking for a first win in their group.
Moyale Barracks FC striker Gastin Simkonda, Wanderers goalkeeper Richard Chipuwa and Silver Strikers defender Lucky Malata are the notable players making a comeback to the squad following months of absence.
Foreign based players will join the team from Monday next week.
