Flames coach Ernest Mtawali is tomorrow Thursday expected to name his full squad for next Wednesday’s 2018 Fifa World Cup preliminary round first leg against Tanzania’s Taifa Stars.
Mtawali will hold a press conference at the Chiwembe Technical Centre in Blantyre rom 10:30 am to reveal his 20 troops that will do the job in Tanzania.
Menwhile the Flames have shifted training venue from Chiwembe technical Centre to Surestream Stadium in Chilomoni Township.
According Mtawali, the shift has come about because away match will be played on a natural grass pitch.
“We, therefore, felt it was proper that we shift from an artificial surface to a natural pitch,” said Mtawali.
The match against Tanzania will be played at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
Meanwhile, Mtawali is scheduled to announce his final squad for the Tanzania match at a press briefing to be held at the Chiwembe Technical Centre
