All Set for Sulom Polls

Tiya Somba Banda set to go unopposed

 
The Super League of  Malawi go to polls on Saturday 14th March 2015 in Salima to elect the new executive committee for the next four years.
While the positions of president, treasurer ,vice treasurer and legal advisor have already been decided, the main battles are for the positions of general secretary and Vice president.
President Innocent Botomani, treasurer Tiya Somba Banda, vice general secretary Thoko Chazema will retain their positions unopposed while new comer legal Gilbert Mitawa will  also get the  legal advisor post unchallenged.
However general secretary Williams Banda will face stiff opposition from Mike Tembo.
There is also a fierce three man race for the post of vice president among Gregory Madeya, Gift Mkandawire and Daud Suleman.
Twelve others will fight for the five executive committee members.
