The NBS Bank National Division League returns after a one-week break, with Matchweek 10 fixtures spread across two weekends as the race for promotion and survival continues to tighten.
Leaders Songwe Border United will be in action this Sunday, 9 August, while second-placed Extreme FC will play their fixture the following Sunday, 16 August.
Songwe, who lead the table with 22 points, are three points ahead of Extreme and will host sixth-placed Namitete Zitha at Owen Malijani Stadium. Namitete have 12 points and will be eyeing maximum points as they look to remain in the top-half race.
Namitete are level on points with Ntaja United, who will be away to 10th-placed Bangwe All Stars at Mpira Stadium on Wednesday, 12 August.
Bangwe started the season poorly and spent time at the bottom of the table, but they have now moved to 10th place with six points from one win and three draws.
The match against Ntaja will be crucial for Bangwe, who remain in the relegation zone and are tied on six points with 11th-placed Mighty Tigers.
Tigers, who joined the second-tier league after being relegated from the top flight in 2025, will face another difficult test when they host second-placed Extreme FC at Mpira Stadium on Sunday, 16 August.
Extreme will be looking to keep pace with leaders Songwe, while Tigers will be fighting for points to move away from the relegation zone.
Bottom-placed Changalume Barracks, who have four points from four draws, will host fourth-placed Mzuzu City Hammers at Zomba Stadium on Saturday, 8 August.
Mzuzu City Hammers have 14 points and will be looking for maximum points to remain in contention for the top three places.
Third-placed Embangweni United, who have 16 points, will travel to Zomba Stadium on Sunday, 16 August, to face ninth-placed FOMO FC, who have 11 points.
On Saturday, 15 August, fifth-placed Ndirande Stars, who have 13 points, will be away to eighth-placed Chilobwe United at Mpira Stadium. Chilobwe are tied on 11 points with FOMO but separated by goal difference.
With two games left to wrap up the first round, the Season Two campaign remains tight from the top of the table, through the middle pack, to the relegation battle.
The bottom four currently include two Season One contestants, FOMO FC and Bangwe All Stars, alongside Mighty Tigers and Changalume Barracks.
