Bullets press panic button- The Nation

Big Bullets chairperson Kondi Msungama has conceded that they are getting worried over TNM’s delay to fulfill its pledge to assist the club in its ambitious 2015 CAF Champions League participation. Msungama was reacting to TNM public relations and sponsorship manager Limbani Nsapato response to The Nation that so far, nothing has come up on their pledge to assists Bullets.

Barely a week after parting ways with Big Bullets, coach Eliah Kananji is set to start a new lease of life with arch -rivals Mighty Wanderers. Although Wanderers general secretary Mike Butao feigned ignorance on the issue yesterday, well-placed sources and Kananji himself confirmed the development.

Moyale Barracks striker Deus Mkutu’s career faces a bleak future as the brain injury he sustained in TNM Super League decider against Big Bullets has left him with persistent headache and dizziness. Nkutu who finished as TNM Super League top scorer runner up, suffered a concussion after an aerial combat against Bullets defender Yamikani Fodya.

Young Soccer, Support face litmus test- Daily Times

As the race for TNM Super League promotion in the Central Region reaches boiling point two contenders Dedza Young Soccer and Support Battalion face tricky fixtures this weekend. The two teams are separated by eight points with six games to finish the season. Young Soccer lead the pack with 77 points from 32 games. On Saturday Young Soccer play Maumau in Mchinji while Support are away to Dwangwa United on.

Mzuzu University coach Alex Ngwira believes his team has better chances of winning the Northern Region Simama Premier League and earn promotion to the Super League.
