Football Association of Malawi (FAM) is inviting Districts and Regional Leagues football teams to register and participate in the 2025 Castel Challenge Cup Preliminary Phase which is expected to kick off on 2nd August 2025.
The preliminary stage of the competition will involve competitions running concurrently at District Level and Regional Leagues Level which is open to Premier Division and Division One teams . Winners of the Districts and Regional Leagues preliminary phase will qualify for the Regional Playoffs where they will be pooled together with National Division League teams in their respective Regions to determine teams that will qualify for the National Phase.
Registration starts on Monday 7th July up to Friday 26th July 2025. The draw for the two phases will take place between 28th and 29th July 2025. The matches will start on Saturday, 2nd August 2025.
