Wanderers in Castel Challenge semis

Mighty Mukuru Wanderers on Sunday afternoon booked a place in  the semi finals of the Castel Cup after defeating Moyale Barracks FC 3-0  at the Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre,

The Nomads  scored the first goal  in the 42nd minute trough  Misheck Botomani who later completed his brace two minutes later .  Wanderers led 2-0 at half time.

Substitute Vincent Nyangulu scored the third goal in the 83rd minute.

With the win, the Nomads advance to the semifinals where they’ll face the winner of the quarterfinal between rivals FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and Northern giants Ekwendeni Hammers.

In the other semi, underdogs Bangwe All Stars will battle the victor of a matchup between favorites Silver Strikers and Blue Eagles.
