The Appeals Committee shall be responsible for hearing appeals against decisions from the Disciplinary Committee and the Ethics Committee. Decisions pronounced by the Appeals Committee may only be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, or to a national, independent Arbitration Tribunal in accordance with the provisions in these Statutes.
